COORONG DAY CRUISES - CANCELLATION FEE POLICY
Applies: Full-Day, Half-Day, Murray Mouth & Gin Flight Cruises
Cancellations beyond 24 hours of departure = NO FEE
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure = 100% of ticket price*
Please be at the departure point 15 minutes before departure time.
Vessel will depart at departure time shown, no refunds will be given for missed bookings or/late arrivals.
Please allow ample time to travel to Goolwa, find parking & get to the departure point.
MURRAY RIVER DAY CRUISES - CANCELLATION FEE POLICY
Applies: Coorong, River & Lakes Experience & Murray River Day-Cruises
Cancellations more than 30 days before departure = NO FEE
Cancellations 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price*
Cancellations within 14-days of departure: 100% of the ticket price*

Vessel will depart at departure time shown, no refunds will be given for missed bookings or/late arrivals.
CHARTERS & GROUP BOOKING CANCELLATION FEE POLICY
Applies: Private Charters & Group Bookings on Public Tours – Day Tours Only
Cancellations beyond 7-days of departure = NO FEE
Cancellations within 7-days of departure = 100% of ticket price*
Please be at the departure point 15 minutes before departure time.
Vessel will depart at departure time shown, no refunds will be given for missed bookings or/late arrivals.
Please allow ample time to travel to Goolwa, find parking & get to the departure point.
*Full refund will be issued if we are able to re-sell cancelled seats.
Itinerary & cost details may be subject to change, sometimes without notice, due to operational circumstances. The company and masters reserve the right to cancel or/ alter cruises at their discretion due to water levels, lock access, weather conditions, not reaching minimum passenger numbers or/ other operating conditions. Please include all passengers in your booking (where applicable), including infants/children under 2, for which there is no charge (meals not included). Should you like a meal for your child under 2, you will need to purchase a "Child 2-15yrs" ticket.
We require all passengers to be sufficiently mobile to negotiate stairs & generally move about the vessel. As the cruises are in protected waters - motion sickness tablets are not normally required.

Credit or Refund Application
Very occasionally Spirit of the Coorong will cancel tour departures due to rough, unsafe water conditions and weather forecasts. We typically cancel and notify passengers the day prior to the day of travel (via Text & Email). All guests will be eligible for a full refund or/ re-schedulling of their tour departure in this instance.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, should you need to cancel or re-schedule your reservation, please contact our office and we can process a refund or/ transfer your booking to a new travel date.
