Spirit of the Coorong has a very flexible 24-hour cancellation policy for our regular tour options and a stricter policy for our specialty tour options. Failure to read booking information provided is not grounds for credit. Most bookings can be managed prior to departure through our cancellation policy. This form is intended for exceptional circumstances.

For safety, Spirit of the Coorong will cancel tour operations in rough weather forecasts; should we cancel any given tour departure, you are entitled to a Full Refund or/ reschedulling of your tour to an alternative date. Completion of this form is not required for weather/operation (Spirit of the Coorong) cancelled tour departures.
